Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Rumpelstiltskin Meme collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We also record your credit balance and purchase history. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Photos and videos

When you create a video, we store the photos you upload and the video we generate. To create the video, your photos are sent to our AI video provider (kie.ai, which runs ByteDance's Seedance model). Photos and videos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. We never use your photos for anything other than creating your video, and we do not use them to train AI models.

How you found us

When you first visit, we set a cookie that records how you arrived: the referring website, the page you landed on, and any campaign parameters in the link. When you sign up, we save this together with your approximate location (country and city), device type, browser, and language. We use it to understand which channels bring us users. We do not store your IP address.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; visits are only counted in aggregate.

How we use it

To sign you in, provide the service, process payments, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the service, store files and send email, Stripe to process payments, and kie.ai to generate videos. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
